  1. Why do I need an Event Coordinator?

    If you have some or a majority of the planning done, but need some assistance putting it together, an event coordinator can help to ensure your vision is realized. The primary role of the coordinator is making sure all the logistics of the event are handled. Their roles include but are not limited to over-seeing and communicating with vendors, managing timelines and solving any issues that may arise. Overall, having an event coordinator takes away your stress and worry giving you peace of mind to enjoy your event.

    Everything! Whether you event is a wedding, birthday, corporate, or another special occasion, you let us know what you need help with. Whether you have opted to plan your own event or hire a professional, the odds are that you are going to be overwhelmed as the day approaches.   3. How early do we need to start planning an event?

    We advise it is never too soon to start! The time to plan events varies from a few weeks to months, it depends on the size and nature of the event. For example, on average it takes 250 hours to plan a wedding. Having enough time allows you to comfortably cover different areas, lessening your stress. With our help our goal is to make this process seamless.

  4. Can I get a consultation?

    Absolutely! We’d love to meet you to discuss your planning needs. We recommend a first initial meeting to ensure that we are the right fit for you. Once determined we will book in a consultation to determine what you need help with for your event.

  6. How do you charge for services?

    We will discuss all of your event requirements before giving a quotation. Fees charged will depend on the scale and nature of the event, complexity of planning and the overall budget for the event.
