We have all experienced events that didn't go as planned, and they became memorable for all the wrong reasons. At other times, when planning our own event, we wished we had another set of hands to help. If you're not used to planning events, they can be overwhelming, little details go missed, delays are inevitable, and so on. At Radiant Star Events, we're trained to navigate these problems and ensure you have the most memorable event with lasting memories to share with everyone.

If you can't be present and enjoy YOUR special day, then what's the point? We treat your event as if it's our own so you can enjoy your day and leave the coordination to us. It's our job to make sure that everything happens as per your vision and everything goes smoothly. There's nothing more personally gratifying than seeing a Radiant smile on your face after experiencing the event of your dreams. We're here for that!

We provide flexible coordination packages based on your needs below:

  • Month of Coordination

    Have you booked the venue and the vendors, but now want to ensure your event goes as planned?

    This is the perfect package for those who don’t want to worry about the logistics the day of, but instead want to be present! The Radiant team will step in to help you wrap up all the details while coordinating your event.

    Let us take the pressure off you, so you can enjoy the weeks leading up to your special day.

    We offer two tiers in this package. This package includes (but is not limited to) the following:

    Silver Package

    • 1-2 Meetings 4-6 weeks prior to your event

    • Up to 8 hours of onsite coverage for event

    • Unlimited email communication

    • Manage vendors as per your instruction

    • Main contact to vendors leading up to event

    • Facilitate rehearsal

    • Directing ceremony processional

    • Creating an extensive timeline and itinerary for the event

    • Collect Items the week of to Bring to Rehearsal (pictures, guest book, favors, etc.)

    • Overseeing all aspects of the event, to ensure the program runs smoothly and all your plans are carried out

    • Full access to professional Emergency kit

    Gold Package

    • 2-3 Meetings 6-8 weeks prior to your event

    • Up to 10 hours of onsite coverage for event

    • Unlimited email communication

    • Vendor management (detailed timeline for vendors, communication, and final confirmations)

    • Main contact to vendors leading up to event

    • Review all vendor contracts to ensure accurate delivery on event day

    • Vendor recommendation as needed

    • Distributing final payment to vendors

    • Facilitate rehearsal

    • Directing ceremony processional

    • Creating an extensive timeline and itinerary for the event

    • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of event

    • Collect Items the week of to Bring to Rehearsal (pictures, guest book, favors, etc.)

    • Overseeing all aspects of the event, to ensure the program runs smoothly and all your plans are carried out

    • Full access to the professional Emergency kit
